- Check the official Discord/PlayStation guidance if voice chat is unavailable.
- Preserve the distinction between linked account state and bot token setup.
Safe corrective action
Relink through the official platform flow when prompted or needed, then rejoin the same channel.
Verify recovery
Voice chat becomes available on the console. Then run Test voice and check that you hear the message.
